Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using an Onibit game or related service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and use of the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them on your behalf where required by law.
2. License
Onibit grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and any rules of the app store through which you obtained the game.
Except where applicable law allows otherwise, you may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works from the Services or any part of them.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, or interfere with normal gameplay;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related systems, or other users' data;
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- disrupt, overload, damage, or impair the Services or their security; or
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
4. Advertising and third-party services
Some Services may contain advertising or integrate third-party services, including Google AdMob, Firebase, app-store services, analytics, or other technology providers. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their services. Onibit is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.
5. Purchases and virtual items
Some Services may offer purchases or virtual items. Where available, purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to that provider's terms, refund rules, and payment policies. Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed rather than sold, and may not be transferred or exchanged for real money unless expressly permitted by the Services and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, game design, artwork, graphics, audio, text, trademarks, logos, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Onibit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Updates and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary for development, security, legal, operational, or business reasons. Features, content, availability, and system requirements may change over time.
8. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create security or legal risk, or where suspension or termination is otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Privacy
Our handling of information related to the Services is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy together with these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or configuration. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onibit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use of the Services after an update means the revised Terms apply to your use to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
